On-site & community-based, FT 40: Program Operates M-F; Flexibility with Schedule. 5, 8-hour days or 4, 10-hour days.

Job Summary:
You will work as a part of an inter-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive support services to clients that are civilly committed to outpatient treatment. You will be responsible for coordinating between consumers and the justice system, ensuring adherence to SAMHSA's fundamental components of recovery, and achieving program goals.


What You Will
Do:

  • Manage a caseload of consumers court-ordered to outpatient psychiatric treatment to ensure compliance with mandated services
  • Provide psycho-education, crisis intervention, and other support services to consumers and families
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessment and other ongoing risk assessments
  • Facilitate all legal and court appointments
  • Provide case management services, including linkage/referrals, WRAP/IMR, service coordination, and treatment enrollment assistance


What We Need to See:

  • A Master's Degree in mental health required
  • 1 years of experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness
  • 1 experience providing outreach services
  • LAC/LSW preferred
  • A valid driver's license and insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy
