Job Summary:
The Controller II of Finance provides enterprise-wide leadership over financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal planning. This role has authority across all finance functions and works closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making. The Controller II of Finance also provides supervisory oversight of Billing and Revenue Cycle operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial performance.


What You Will Do:

  • Lead agency-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Develop and oversee financial models, projections, and variance analyses to support executive and Board decision-making
  • Maintain authority and oversight across all finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle operations
  • Provide supervisory oversight of Billing and Revenue Cycle functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reimbursement
  • Monitor reimbursement trends, payer performance, cash flow, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to assess financial risk, sustainability, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and county regulations, contracts, and reporting requirements
  • Prepare and oversee financial reports, statistics, and analyses for leadership, Board committees, and external stakeholders

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • One to three years of experience in most or all of the following areas:
    • Budgeting and financial management
    • Strategic planning
    • Compliance and regulatory oversight
    • Revenue cycle or billing operation
