Evaluator (PT 20 hours) - Treatment for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

Job Summary:
As the Treatment for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness evaluator, you will collect, review, and report data to assure quality of service offered meet funding requirements. You will also present information on the referrals made and housing placement disaggregated by race and ethnicity, and sexual/gender minority status where possible and organizational changes made to implement the program activities, including linkages with local homeless Coordinated Entry systems for individuals and families served


What You will Do:

  • Assist the Project Director in overseeing all activities relating to data collection, reporting, and continual improvement of the quality of services offered through the project.
  • Assure project performance measures are accomplished and reported following GRPA requirements.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, ensure continuous quality improvement efforts are made to make sure the highest quality care?is provided.
  • Enter data into software program as assigned.
  • Ensure that standardized, routine statistical reports are generated and analyzed in a timely manner.?
  • Participate in routine, Quality Assurance activities and audits as assigned, including reviews of clinical documentation??
  • Monitor performance outcomes and makes improvement recommendations??
  • Ensure all reports are submitted to SAMHSA in a timely manner?


What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's degree in program evaluation, statistical analysis, mental health, or related field;
  • Must have one to two years of program evaluation experience, including SAMHSA/ CCBHC program evaluation.
  • Strong computer skills, including electronic health record experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, including creating oral and written reports according to SAMHSA requirements.
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.
