Salary: $58,000 - $63,000

Job Summary:
As the Team Supervisor in our Intercept Program, you will oversee, guide, and support the four (4) Family Intervention Specialist in their day-to-day responsibilities. You will provide clinical direction to the specialist based on the program model, which requires bi-weekly case review, facilitation of weekly group supervision, staffing red flag cases, and overseeing service plan development to ensure case progress.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee, guide, and support the four (4) Family Intervention Specialist in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Provide clinical direction to the specialist based on the program model, which requires bi-weekly case review, facilitation of weekly group supervision, staffing red flag cases, and overseeing service plan development to ensure case progress
  • Attend weekly consultation led by Licensed Program Expert.
  • Ensure quality case documentation, conduct customer surveys, and monitor contractual and funding requirements.
  • Assist with coverage for the team, support staff when attending court meetings, and conduct field supervision.
  • Assist with hiring and performance management of Family Intervention Specialists

What We Need to See:

  • Master's Degree in the field of social work, psychology, or related field OR
  • Bachelor's degree in social services with two-years experience in social services.
  • one-year related experience in counseling or case management
  • A valid driver's license must be insurable by the agency's automobile insurance.
