Program Manager of Children's Mobile Crisis

Job Summary:
You will provide leadership, supervision, and coordination for Children's Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (CMRSS) and the CRW and Administrative Support Staff. J

What You will Do: 

  • Act as immediate support to Director, Program Managers and Administrative team.
  • Provide training to crisis response workers and ongoing supervision as well as task support to program.
  • Coordinate crisis response worker on-call and full-time schedule.
  • Assist with client enrollment into electronic health record and Quality Assurance.
  • Complete credentialing process in a timely manner and compliance with maintaining credentials.
  • Assesses/evaluates of clients at intake/admission, during ongoing treatment/service delivery, and at discharge/transfer.
  • Provide educational/supportive group presentations and discussions with clients and/or family members focused on mental illness, chemical dependency/addictions, and/or dual diagnosis.
  • Collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team meetings, providing clinical support for team colleagues, and engaging in program- related performance improvement processes and activities, participates in assuring adequate staff coverage as directed by supervisor.
  • Assist CRW/clients with concrete services and advocacy, interfaces with other system on behalf of client, provides and follows up on referrals when indicated by initial and on-going assessment.
  • Supervise students assigned by supervisor, document supervision as required.

What We Need to See:

  • Master Degree in social work or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have provisional license to practice social work/ counseling(LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC)
  • Documented knowledge of one (1) year minimum Clinical work experience with adults and children /adolescent populations
  • Documented knowledge of one (1) year minimum work experience specific to Crisis Intervention
  • Must be TF-CBT trained
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance
