Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a rotating 24-hour schedule.

Job Summary:
As a Program Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, direction, and coordination of staff to ensure full provision of clinically sound services on a 24-hour basis. Working with our clients and our staff, you will promote wellness & recovery-oriented services and assess outcomes for both consumers and programs/staff.
What You Will Do:
Supervisor Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to assigned staff to enhance their clinical skill sets, leadership qualities and administrative functions
- Provide on-going support to staff to assure completion of job responsibilities
- Review staff responsibilities to determine time frame and scope of authority, review staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources.
- Evaluate staff productivity and documentation of service delivery
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance as per required time frame; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Program development and implementation
Other Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Includes the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Assist the Director with development of clinical and administrative outcomes
- Responsible for program development; develops department goals and works on development of work-plan to achieve said goals
- On-call as an administrative and clinical resource to staff for consultation and support
- Ensure transition to a team culture
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to clinical staff through group supervision, individual supervision, in-service training and case conferences
- Ensure proper coverage for each group home on a daily basis
- Ensure staff coverage of scheduled therapeutic and activity-oriented groups
- Provide emergency coverage through mandating and other means but in the event all options are exhausted is expected to work in group homes until coverage is found
- Ensure coordination of treatment services between the department and both internal and external providers
- Ensure the department is compliant with all applicable standards; including DMHAS, Medicaid, JCAHO, Life Safety Codes
- Ensure that all documentation is compliant with all applicable standards; including DMHAS, Medicaid as well as the agencies internal documentation policies
What We Need to See:
- BA in psychology/related field, enrollment in a master's program in social work/related field, and two years' experience in providing treatment services to adult psychiatric population.
- Two (2) years' experience in providing treatment services to adult psychiatric population is desirable
- Must have a valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.
