Lifeset Program Manager

Location: 650 Bloomfield Ave, Bloomfield
Schedule FT 40:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, flexibility, potential for evenings.
Salary:
$56-58k

Job Summary:

As a Program Supervisor in Lifeset, you will be responsible for managing the team and supervising staff in their day-to-day job responsibilities to ensure client needs and goals are satisfactory met. Ensure the program maintains its level of service, documentation standards, confidentiality procedures and integrity and consistency of the delivery of service. Assure departmental goals and/or objectives are accomplished within a prescribed period by performing the job responsibilities personally or through subordinate staff. 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide direct supervision to the staff, clinical direction based on therapeutic model, and weekly case review and facilitation of the group supervision process.
  • Plan and assign work to ensure staff provides satisfactory services to clients, oversee service plan development, case progress, and support to the team.
  • Assure staff provides services containing evidence-based and best practices to inform case conceptualization and service plan review and review service receipts and documentation.
  • Ensure documentation and contractual requirements are satisfactory met on a timely basis as per program needs and process unusual occurrences and work-related accidents within 24 hours.
  • Support staff when attending court and meetings and conduct field supervision to ensure staff competency
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers. Work, communicate and maintain harmonious working relationships with referral sources, and other entities

What We Need to See:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree (Social Work or Behavioral Health discipline) with a minimum of 5 years' of experience in social services or master's degree with some experience is preferred
  • Experience in staff development and staff management
  • Must have collaboration skills to interact and work with internal and external stakeholders
