Job Summary: As the Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight, coordination, and delivery of high-quality outpatient behavioral health services, primarily out of our Bloomfield location. This leadership role provides clinical supervision, ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices, and promotes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to care. The Clinical Program Manager supports staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure positive client outcomes and access to comprehensive behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists, case managers, care coordinators, and other behavioral health staff.
  • Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes for quality and accuracy.
  • Support staff performance, professional development, and ongoing training in evidence-based practices.
  • Coordinate care with internal and external providers, including primary care, substance use treatment programs, hospitals, and community partners.
  • Oversee client intake, assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge processes.
  • Analyze program outcomes and quality metrics; implement corrective action plans and performance improvement initiatives as needed
  • Counsel and support staff with program and client-related issues, fostering a collaborative work environment, ensuring a culture of recovery, resilience, and trauma-informed care.
  • Assist with program development, staffing plans, budgeting, and operational goals.
  • Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings and participate in leadership meetings, audits, and regulatory reviews.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor clinical and program staff, as neede
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and professional conduct guidelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit:  

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field as required by program regulations & standards.
  • Must possess a current professional license (LCSW/LPC) as required by program regulations & standards.
  • At least 2 years of experience with program management, administrative and supervisory experience
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance
