Job Summary:
You will provide leadership within team structure and assume responsibility for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all administrative & clinical functions for each team.

What You Will Do:
Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to assigned staff in order to enhance their clinical skill sets, leadership qualities and administrative functions.
• Provide on-going support to staff to assure completion of job responsibilities.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency's policies, applicable laws and governmental regulatory agencies.
• Review staff responsibilities to determine time frame and scope of authority, reviews staffing requirements, and allotments of available resources.
• Confer with staff to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance as per required time frame; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director with development of clinical and administrative outcomes.
• Provide leadership within team structure.
• Assume responsibility for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all administrative functions for each team.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to clinical staff through group supervision, individual supervision, in-service training and case conferences.
• Responsible for ensuring the provision of individual, group, family and specific group counseling/therapy to clients and their families, as needed.
• Work with Coordinators to provide both coverage in group homes and driving coverage, as necessary.
• Ensure staff coverage of scheduled therapeutic and activity-oriented groups.

What Makes You a Great Fit: :

• Bachelor's Degree in a Mental Health or behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of experience in providing treatment services to adult psychiatric population is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.
