Job Summary:
As the Quality Data Analyst, you will support the organization's quality improvement, compliance, accreditation, risk management, and outcomes evaluation functions through data collection, validation, analysis, monitoring, and reporting. You will work closely with the Director of Quality & Compliance and collaborates with Outcomes & Evaluation, Clinical Informatics, and program leadership to identify trends, monitor performance, and support data-informed improvement efforts.

What You will Do:

  • Collect, aggregate, validate, and analyze data from quality assurance activities, audits, specialized studies, and organizational quality initiatives.
  • Support QAPI activities through baseline measurement, ongoing monitoring, tracking of improvement initiatives and action plans, and measurement of results.
  • Track quality indicators and performance measures and prepare routine and ad hoc reports to support quality improvement activities.
  • Track audit findings, corrective action plans, follow-up activities, and prepare status reports for the Director of Quality & Compliance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, outliers, and areas requiring further review and communicate findings to the Director of Quality & Compliance.
  • Coordinate and analyze client, staff, referral sources, and other stakeholder satisfaction and feedback data.
  • Support compliance monitoring by compiling and analyzing data from audits, chart reviews, risk assessments, and other monitoring activities.
  • Support accreditation and licensing readiness by compiling requested data, maintaining supporting reports, and organizing documentation needed for surveys and reviews.
  • Assist with tracking findings, action items, and follow-up activities related to accreditation surveys, licensing reviews, and regulatory inspections.
  • Compile and analyze incidents, client safety, and risk-related data to identify trends and areas requiring further review.
  • Prepare reports and data summaries to support risk mitigation and quality improvement activities.


What Makes You a Successful Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (public health, health care administration, social work or other related field); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with quality assurance, data analysis, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required and must be insurable by the agency's automobile insurance.
