Job Summary:
As one of the Maintenace worker on our team, you will support the upkeep and functionality of multiple residential facilities and office buildings within our mental health organization. You will be required to travel in this position to aid in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across various sites to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for both staff and clients.


What You Will
Do:

  • Maintain all owned and leased office facilities (e.g., daytime cleaning services, daytime removal of Snow and Ice at walkways and means of egress, removal of debris, repairs as necessary and indicated by Work Orders)
  • General maintenance responsibilities (e.g., replacement of light bulbs, general sweep up of exterior property, removal of unusable equipment, monthly inspection of emergency equipment fire extinguishers, emergency lighting)
  • Prepare meeting rooms to accommodate trainings, workshops, conferences, and special meetings
  • Maintain all owned and leased Residential Homes by providing minor repairs as needed and indicated by Work Orders and removing debris as necessary and indicated by Work Orders
  • Drive Agency vehicles when transporting supplies, equipment, or personnel, assist with client transportation, remove equipment/ debris/records from an Agency facility, and deliver grants, paperwork, etc.
  • Assist with all programs to assist with emergency evacuation or relocation

What We Need to See:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience in maintenance and general knowledge of the use of tools
  • Valid driver's license and must be insurable by the agency's automobile insurance
